- Make sure you have not scheduled your entertainment any sooner than an hour into your party
(You will want to make sure late arriving guests don't miss out). - Have a small bedroom or bathroom available for the character to change. **
- Try not to plan your time for eating at the same time as your character. **
- Provide as much open space as possible...
- We provide our own sound system...but occasionally our batteries wear out...Be mindful of where
the nearest outlet is...** - We don't mind you taking pictures, but please be mindful that costumes are extremely hot...
please keep extra pictures to a minimum. - ** If the temperature is over 80 degrees outside, characters will need to be inside in an air
conditioned environment. **
